Vyfy is truly a hidden gem! I first came in for a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder, but I keep coming back because the results — and the experience — are incredible. The float pod (my new favorite) , PEMF pod, sauna, red light therapy, and cryo have all become part of my wellness routine. Every session leaves me feeling better, calmer, and more energized. Had my consult at Vyfy Wellness Club tonight and tried the CVT pod for the first time—it was AMAZING. Such a relaxing, calming experience, and I felt a difference right away. The staff was welcoming and informative, and the whole space has a great vibe. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a place to get healthy and feel better about yourself, this is the place. Every person here is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you be your best self. I started coming because i wanted to get back in shape but i was limited by shoulder and hip issues. Since I've been coming here I've seen huge improvements in my shoulder and hip mobility and strength all thanks to Abby. And as an added bonus I've lost fat and gained muscle.
