I called today and was treated very nicely. I have a lesion in my eyebrow and was concerned. They verified my insurance and set an appt for the next day. So far very satisfied!! This is for the Brooks office.

I went to see the Skingroup today at the Shepherdsville location. I have to say Elsie at the front desk was the sweetest woman I have ever met. She was so helpful. Asked me if I needed anything. She could tell. I was stressed out so she wanted to make sure I was feeling very comfortable. It takes more people like her in A medical field. My visit was. was way better than I expected mainly because of my first encounter in the office. I would highly recommend this office, From the time you step into the door to the time you leave, it is a from the time you step into the door to the time you leave, it is a pleasant experience!

This is a med spa not a dermatologist office. I have had a recurring problem for over 5 years he didn’t even touch it. Didn’t even give me options, attempt an extraction - Said there was nothing he can do and passed me off to someone else without even a referral. I would never go back.

The route to the office had clearly marked signs making finding the location a breeze. Once I walked in the staff was very friendly and got me checked in on time. The waiting area and overall decor was extremely clean and stylish. Christina did my lip flip. She was very sweet, and clearly instructed me on what to do. The process was quick and relatively painless. I will be going back!

The Skin Group is amazing! I recommend them to everyone. The front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile! I usually see Billy (Dr. Zax's PA) and his nurse Amy, they are both great, they always take the time to ask me how I'm doing as well as answer any questions that I may have. I will never go anywhere else!!
