I love coming to Vitality Wellness. I’ve been coming here for about 10 months now, I’ve lost approximately 30 pounds and most of that was in the first 3 months. I have maintained my goal of 120 pounds. In feeling great and have my confidence back. The staff is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. They want you to succeed in your journey and reach your healthy goal. They will give you the tools you need to accomplish your dream. So, don’t hesitate to call and speak to someone. Sterling at Vitality is an amazing coach and guide. He was pivotal in helping me to naturally drop 50 pounds in just over 40 days. My metabolic age went from nearly 60 to just over 20. All of my markers are now in optimal range and I have sustained the results for over 60 days since finishing the program. The Vitality way allows your body to reset and be the miracle that it is. I hope that those who need this change see this, because I sincerely want others to feel this good about themselves.
