5 Elements Salon and Spa

I’ll never go to another spa again. We came here for my wife’s birthday. We were greeted and led up to event rooms where they have music, mimosas, plenty of seating. The staff were polite and the place was clean and upscale. They paid attention the smallest details—and it shows. When you’re here, you’re family. Can’t wait to come back.

This is only our second time here but I will only go here❤️ The staff is beyond amazing and make sure to make you feel warm and welcomed the moment you walk through the door. I feel refreshed after every massage session I’ve had. We received the Anniversary Bliss Package and they did not disappoint.

Had my mom and grandmother get treatment done here and they absolutely loved it. They liked it so much they wanted to come back here again. I appreciate everyone working here as well, they were very kind and they always have a smile on their face. It was a comforting experience plus the atmosphere was extremely pleasant and it smells amazing there. I highly recommend coming here for nice and relaxing time and experience.

WOW! 5 Elements is a new business on Bardstown Road, and there is much more than you might imagine if you were to just walk or drive by. Haircuts, hair coloring, waxing, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, threading, body treatments, and more. Salon and spa treatments are as much about the people providing the service as the services themselves. The people here are friendly and interested in building the relationships needed to be successful. I walked in off the street for a haircut and I got much, much more. I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door and was immediately engaged. After a few questions to make sure we were on the same page, Dalmin got me cleaned up. Everyone was very nice - Dalmin did an outstanding job and was very engaging - and there is so much going on at this salon and spa. There are different areas for different services, and everything is new, and clean, and well done! This is the place to go for just about any pampering needed, for one-on-one care of wedding party or group prom preps. They are still building out with new spaces being prepared for above the salon and spa. With CBD hot oil scalp massages, 5 Elements is staying on the leading edge. Parking is available and it's just a short walk from many of the Bardstown Road restaurants. And when you drop in, take a few extra minutes and get a tour to see what else is going on in the Bardstown Road corridor.

Best experience ever, my second time in this place.!!! I love it .!!! I got the Facial and massage package.!! Two hours of peace and good massage. I will be back with my daughter… for sure.!!!
