Pelo West

I had a massage, facial, and pedicure at Pelo West as part of a stay-cation. All of my services were amazing, but Gabby, my esthetician went above and beyond educating me on my specific skin type and needs. The spa itself was a different vibe than I was expecting. The lobby and nail/hair areas were dark, moody, and eclectic with upbeat music playing. The massage and facial rooms were similar in style, but had calming music playing and dim lighting. Overall, it was such a fun and positive experience! I will definitely be back.

I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here with 5 of her friends and they had mini manicures and mini facials - all age appropriate and with gentle products. They had THE BEST time, truly a memorable experience for all. The staff were amazing and even played age appropriate music for the girls to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough. And moms can enjoy top notch treatments as well!!

The staff was amazing! We had a large group and were well taken care of. The bridal suit is beautiful and perfectly accommodated us. The spa was clean and the services exactly as described. Book here for your next event or spa service!!!

The girl who did my nails was SO nice and did a great job but I was really sad to see the state of this place. For the price I paid, it wasn’t clean in there and they didn’t have change for me to even break $100. There was someone else’s hair all around my pedicure station and toenail clippings on the rug. For that reason I cannot recommend. Update: The business has responded saying that the place was busy and that's the reason this place and my pedicure station were both dirty. I visited on a VERY SLOW day with only one other person there for the three hours I was there and they guy at the desk sitting on his phone the entire time. There was no one cleaning, it was pure laziness and filth. There was also NO change for me to pay in cash when I asked. Don't waste your time going here.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Clean, super friendly staff, and great relaxing vibe. Mercedes was my masseuse and she hands down gave the best massage I’ve ever received. She was able to get a knot out of my shoulder area that I have never been able to get out even with monthly massages! Definitely recommend taking the time for some self care and relaxing here. It’s totally worth it! And who doesn’t like complementary champagne!
