This was the best facial I have ever had! Kansas was wonderful I loved every minute! Everyone that works there is so attentive!! Holly was so great with everything I needed and the nurse that works there was also sweet and u can tell everyone is so caring there! I will definitely be back and with friends!!

I highly recommend. The variety of service offerings makes the membership worthwhile. The staff and management are friendly, professional and really help you maximize your wellness experience. Alexa & Alexi are awesome!

I had a great experience here and still have a gift card I would like to use for a great facial. However, we have attempted to cancel our membership numerous times and continue to be charged monthly. The last time my husband was there was Feb 2025, he called to cancel the membership in Spring 2025. We are still getting charged now January 2026. Whenever we call we are told we have to speak to the owner but the owner has not been responsive. Please beware. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership. I am so disappointed because I really appreciates this place but I do not appreciate the continued charges and extreme hassle involved.

I got my first facial from Kansas, and it was the best experience! She is super communicative about what products she is using and how they work! I will definitely be coming back for another facial!

I’m leaving this review to express serious concern over the misleading information I was given when signing up for your program. When I joined, I was explicitly told there was no commitment and that I could do just one month at 50% off, check the cameras and you will see this was true. I was also told that the 3-month minimum commitment had been removed, and that flexibility was the only reason I agreed to sign up. However, despite this, I was later charged for two additional months ($330 each, totaling $660) for services I did not use or authorize. I only attended a few sessions during the first month and did not use all the credits included in that month. I understand those points expire at end of month. Additionally, when I signed up, I was informed that I could use my points for a discount on IV treatments. But when I went to redeem them, I was told that my selected tier did not qualify, forcing me to pay full price. This directly contradicted what I was told at sign-up. These discrepancies along with unauthorized charges amount to false advertising and deceptive sales practices. I am requesting a full refund of $660 for the unauthorized months, I wasn’t even planning on returning after the deception on the IV issue and the supposed discount I never received.
