Alchemy is hands down the best. Woman owned and operated business and they know how to take care of athletes. Rebecca has such a great intuition. Listens to my concerns but is great at reading and listening to my body. She is a huge part of my recovery process. I highly recommend.

Rebecca was fantastic. She truly listened to my concerns about old injuries and took the time to understand my goals for therapy. She introduced new techniques specifically aimed at addressing scar tissue issues and post surgical muscle issues, which made a noticeable difference on day one! My back feels better than it has in over 2 years of regular monthly therapies. Finding a massage therapist who understands active injuries is rare, and Rebecca absolutely does. Highly recommend her for anyone with a sports or injury-focused background looking for thoughtful, effective treatment.

I am a long distance runner, and since I met Alchemy Massage it will always be my place to recover my muscles. Chayenne is super sweet, she knows what she does, she has a talent in her hands, she is very professional, she has the gift of making you laugh out loud, cry and scream at the same time and if you have any pain, believe me, she hits the spot where you have the injury. and the relief is incredible. ❤️

Cheyenne is great. I needed someone with heavy pressure to work on my neck/shoulders and she really gets the job done. Kneads me like bread and stretches muscles I didn't even know I had.
