Extremely friendly & knowledge staff. My therapist was awesome & found tension I wasn't aware of. Very cozy, home like atmosphere!!

Love this place! The decor is so relaxing. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve had massages by Erin and Kasey Jo - both are very professional and give an excellent massage.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Life has been nonstop lately: work, family, a million things to juggle. I kept telling myself I didn’t have time to slow down. But I finally booked a session at UNWIND Stretch & Massage… and wow. They made scheduling effortless, even with my crazy calendar. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel completely at home. The space was spotless and relaxing, which really added to the experience. I can tell the owners take immense pride in their business and it shows in every detail. The mix of stretching and massage was exactly what my body needed. I could literally feel weeks of tension melting away. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and completely recharged. If you’ve been putting off self-care because you “don’t have time,” this is your sign. You need to make time for this! You’ll thank yourself later.

My first massage at Unwind was a few weeks ago with Renee and I thought she did a great job making me feel comfortable and understanding what areas I needed help with. I felt really good after the massage and will continue going to Unwind to get the help I need. Also, the front desk staff is friendly and informative.

Yesterday was my first visit to UNWIND. I received the stretch and massage package. My masseur was Dwyane. My overall experience was wonderful, the price is reasonable I do plan to return as my body does tell me it is necessary. I recommend UNWIND if anyone is looking for a good place to go.
