Krista is a true maestro of body healing. She takes the time to fully understand what ails you and intuits the healing touch you need to make you feel like new again!!! It’s some kind of magic that I don’t understand and I really don’t care…. It works!

My teenage daughter has been struggling with severe migraines, with little relief outside ER visits. This was her first CST session. She had a HA at 8.5 going in, as well as some other areas of persistent pain. 90 minutes later she walked out with 0/10, and free from other pain points. She felt safe, understood, and physically relieved and energized. Best decision we have made!
