A Breath of Serenity, Therapeutic Massage

This is was the best massage I’ve had. I had Kimberly. She asked if I had any spots I needed working on, like most therapists do, but I feel she really listened. I noticed a difference when she was done working on one side vs the other. She explained to me before I was on the table how she liked to do things and why, but if I wanted something different to let her know and she would adjust. She also used a weighted eye mask and weighted booties. I’d never had those before and really enjoyed them. She used a weighted and warmed pad on my back to geo loosen muscles while she massaged my legs, and a warmed neck roll when I was on my back. Overall a 10/10 experience.

I was in Louisville for a business trip in January and was having a horrible time with my upper back. If I had been home in the Chicago suburbs I would have gone to my chiropractor's office for a massage. I tried to push through it, but by midweek I finally gave in and searched for a massage therapist in the area. I found A Breath of Serenity and Leonard was my massage therapist. He was friendly and full of that Southern hospitality that northerners like me notice when we go South. It was relaxing and he knows what he is doing. I was so glad I gave up and just got the massage.

I have had many massages in my 70 years and can honestly say these are the best massages I've ever had. Everyone is professional and knowledgable about the body. I love the atmosphere in this place and I am so thankful to have found Elizabeth who has a feel for when and where my body needs special attention. I can't say enough about how perfect the massages are!

Each and every Massage that I have received leaves me feeling so much better! The activities that I complete with my complicated life are much easier with my massages. I couldn’t do without Elizabeth and her team! Thank you so much for the great service you provide!

I’ve gotten massages from Marie and Betty so far, and they’ve both been excellent. In my experience, Marie is great at slowly coaxing out knots until you feel completely relaxed and soothed while Betty is an expert at finding the exact location of any pain and applying firm pressure to relieve it. Either way, I always left the session feeling completely renewed. I also love the atmosphere of the place. It’s cozy and peaceful from the second you walk in. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough!!
