Caren did an amazing job during my hand reflexology session. She welcomed me warmly and offered cucumber water to keep me hydrated, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. The room was cozy, warm, clean, and smelled incredibly relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. Her work on my hands and arms was extremely thorough and mindful. I struggle with carpal tunnel symptoms and my hands are often swollen from long hours working on the computer. She literally melted away the swelling and discomfort during the session. I am Deaf and Caren accommodated me effortlessly by providing clear instructions without any issues. I truly appreciated her inclusiveness and attentiveness throughout the entire session. Overall, the service was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be coming back for more.
