I went for a massage post RC repair and wasn’t able to comfortably lay prone/supine. They set up a massage chair for me which was so helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and very clean. Melanie listened carefully to what my issues were, and did a great job addressing the problem areas while being careful to avoid my shoulder. I will definitely return.

Grace at the front desk was so helpful in getting me my holidays gift cards! She stayed open an extra 10 minutes past closing just to help me out which was so kind. 10/10 and I may be returning for the wellness club program after she gave me such a great experience!

I was truly looking forward to a special occasion with my husband, as it had been a long time since we had the opportunity to do something together. We were given two gift cards for this purpose, and had made an appointment. Unfortunately, on the day of our session, our son fell ill with the flu, and both my husband and I woke up with symptoms, including a fever. I called the establishment to explain the situation and was told that, despite our illness, we would still be charged the $85 late cancellation fee. While I understand policies, I felt that this was unreasonable given the circumstances, especially since we were trying to be responsible by not attending while sick. The person I spoke with mentioned that she would wait until the scheduled appointment time to see if the session could be filled by someone else; however, shortly after hanging up, my card was charged. The lack of flexibility and understanding in this situation, combined with the abruptness of the charge, was incredibly disappointing. When I booked the appointment, I was told the credit card was only to hold the reservation, and I was never informed of a strict cancellation fee under such circumstances. This experience has led me to feel frustrated and unappreciated as a customer. I will be disputing this charge through my bank and will not be returning. It’s unfortunate, as I was really looking forward to this experience. I would caution others to be aware of how this business handles cancellations, especially under unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

I had a massage scheduled over a month in advance. About a week before, they asked me to move it 15 minutes later to accommodate the therapist’s break. I agreed. When I showed up at the new time they gave me, I was told I’d only get a shortened session because I was “late.” I explained I was following their instructions, and they admitted the mistake but couldn’t fit me in again for over a month out. I canceled my membership and requested a refund for the massage I never received. Weeks went by with no resolution. When they finally told me I would get a refund, they issued it to a card that wasn’t mine and tried to say it was the card that was used. I provided proof of the correct payment method, but they still refused to fix it. They blamed it on their merchant services. To make matters worse, I was told they “didn’t technically owe me a refund” and were just trying to help me out. That’s unacceptable, especially when I paid for a service I never received due to their own error. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and the dispute was approved. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. I would not recommend this business.
