Healing Roots Massage + Wellness

I can’t recommend Gretchen at Healing Roots enough. She has been my “go to” massage therapist for nearly a decade, and has not only helped me to rehab my body after 2 babies (and combatting everyday stressors of work, etc) but has kept me focused on my mind, body and soul through her work. Gretchen emotes a kind, positive, healing energy that you want from a massage therapist (or at least I do!) and always has a relaxing touch.

I have gone to Nicole for massage therapy for years. She truly is talented in her craft. I am always amazed at her ability to help me feel so much better physically, even in just a single visit. Her empathetic spirit helps create an accepting and relaxing atmosphere. I have yet to find another massage therapist as wonderful as Nicole!

Best massage center I have ever been to across US or Europe. Healing Roots is a Hidden Gem we have here in Louisville. I actually feel like my body is healing after consistent and regular massage with Nicole. She has such physical strength and depth of knowledge. The has been the best investment of my health getting massage’s here.
