I had a great and relaxing experience here! The staff were kind, knew what they were doing, and the environment was calm. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time instead of a walk in. Will definitely be back!

The expectation appears to be that customers tip more than the cost of the massage itself, and anything less than that is met with clear dissatisfaction. Even a 15% tip was treated as unacceptable. Tips are meant to be given out of generosity, not demanded or enforced. It is the responsibility of the business to compensate its staff fairly rather than placing that burden on customers through intimidation. The behavior was consistent across both the owner and the massage staff, suggesting this is a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. Most concerning, staff followed me into the parking lot to confront me about the tip amount, which was inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. No customer should be chased down or pressured over gratuity. This experience felt coercive and left me feeling harassed rather than relaxed. I would strongly caution others before booking here.
