Brow Artistry

I came in for a brow lamination showing her a photo of what I want, starting off she got GLUE IN MY EYE and then keeps going and like starts cutting into a shape I said I DIDNT WANT and then is trying to do ombré and wipes half of my eye brow color off and walks away with color on my face and then charges me full price after I clearly express I don’t like them and also after getting glue in my eye!!!! Horrible place I hate putting reviews like this still had to pay 50$ for this shitty service!!!!

Came to this location a few times with no issue, today it was an Asian lady working and was very rude and unprofessional. When I walked in she was on the phone, I asked her about brow lamination and she told me I have to make an appointment. When I asked her if she knows when the next available, she didnt get off the phone or check she just said no while on the phone still. So I said wow your just not going to check, you just don't want to do it, Ill go somewhere else and she just responds ok bye. I never what to say someone is racist but I definitely felt discriminated against. Very unprofessional 0/10

Went in for a brow lamination and tint a few days ago. Explicitly told the worker that I wanted them to be fuller and I was concerned about a small spot that had been cut prior. My eyebrows were cut so short on the ends it looks as if they are balding. The texture of the hairs is rough and my skin is extremely irritated. The tint has also already faded. Will not be going back and in the process of looking for another professional to help. It is upsetting because the service was kind and prompt. Very accommodating and friendly. I just wish the outcome was better.

So impressed! First time getting my eyebrows threaded in Kentucky. I was a little worried because she didn’t ask me what or how I wanted them, she just got to work. Absolutely love them, will definitely be coming back.

I used to go to the mall but I moved so I had to find a new place. This place is great you get in and out quick, the staff is friendly and they make sure you like the result. Best eye brow threading! Everyone I have reccomended this place loves it. Added a before and after picture.
