Soooo... I've been to Whitney 3x, and I cannot say enough good things. If you want things done, she is the one to do them. I've been soooo satisfied with my lashes. I usually get them tinted and lifted for special occasions. They always turn out incredible. She is very knowledgeable and keeps things very sanitary and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone! I also like to browse pictures of her other work, and 10/10. No notes. Love her and she is so sweet!
