I received a wonderful chemical pill facial, and their threading Services got my brows on point. Couldn’t be any happier. Friendly, clean, and great customer service. Would Highly recommend to locals or anyone traveling through Louisville that needs their beauty needs met. Affordable prices in great staff. Will definitely rebook.

Shelby was wonderful! Very professional work and a kind person as well. I had brow tinting and feathering. It was done so well that I took myself out to breakfast!

I don’t like to learn bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with my services. I had been before for a basic brow / lash tint. Results were FINE - not great. I rebooked for a facial / dermaplane / brow and lash tint. It was not a proper dermaplane (missed areas of face) and the facial felt more like an “express facial” with high end prices. I hated the way my skin felt afterwards. It got worse they could not get the brow color right. She tried 3x and they are still just as blonde as I went in. I skipped out on the lashes, as the visit was already over $250 and none of the services were up to my standards. Very disappointing.

this place was very clean and looked very professional. over all, i was happy with my service but i wasn't happy with the little bit of lack of communication. i had an appointment recently for a brow lamination, wax and dye. this was my first time using them so i didn't know what to expect or who's who. i booked an appointment online with katie. the appointment went fine, the girl that saw me was very friendly, no problems. fast forward to the next day, i was looking around on their website and discovered that the girl that i had seen wasn't katie; it was maddie. again maddie did fine but i think the fact that i wasn't made aware that there was a switch is what is off putting to me. i figured it out after the fact looking at their website. i completely understand having to make last minute switches or something, im fine with that, but a heads up about it would have been nice.
