Selecting The Spa at MPS for my injectable needs is one of the best decisions I have made since recently moving to Louisville. Trina is an experienced nurse who is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She places the upmost value in patient comfort and satisfaction. Trina takes the time to listen to what the patient's ultimate goal is, then thoroughly examine's the area in need in order to create the best natural looking results. She is encouraging and makes the whole experience relaxing and stress free. I received lip filler and Botox, and came away with little swelling, very little pain, and little bruising. My lips are settling into the most beautiful shape, and look fuller in a natural way. I have great movement of my mouth and experience no discomfort. I am so glad I followed the suggestions of those who mentioned Trina and MPS.

I’d like to share a heartfelt review for Ashley Walk, the aesthetician at The Spa at Mays Plastic Surgery. But Ashley has genuinely changed the game for me. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, she sees exactly what I see and she’s honest in a way that makes me feel understood and hopeful. She never makes me feel bad about my skin, but she also doesn’t give me unrealistic expectations. Instead, she gives me real, practical advice on how to improve it, and I can genuinely say my skin is better than it’s ever been. She truly cares and that makes all the difference.

We had a girls spa day at The Spa at MPS. This was an elevated experience from start to finish. The Spa is upstairs and gorgeous. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were served tea and chocolate while waiting but they also had refreshing cucumber water available. I had a Skin Wave facial with Ashley W and it was amazing. Ashley is knowledgeable, informative and engaging. The facial left my face with a little glow and fully hydrated. If I lived in Louisville, this would absolutely be my skin care place. I ended up purchasing products that were recommended for my skin care needs/wants. No pressure to buy product, I wanted to.

The Spa at MPS is truly remarkable! From the time you walk in the doors, you are greeted by the sweetest staff and surrounded by the most beautiful office. It truly is the perfect escape from normal life into a day of luxury and pampering. They educate you thoroughly on the services you are receiving and are there for any other future service questions. I received the MPS facial and it was divine! From beginning to end, I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. I was already planning when I’d be back. Thanks to the amazing staff at Mays for a great experience !
