The Ark Medspa - Louisville

My visit at The Ark was amazing! I saw Sydney for an express facial and it was the perfect addition to my morning! Sydney was so sweet and made sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort while also providing a spectacular facial service. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and loved every minute!

My 3rd hydro facial & I’m addicted! The sessions are very relaxing and Sydney explains every step as she goes along. She is very caring on my comfort and the feel of each technique. Sydney is an *ALLSTAR* with her experience, knowledge and personal touches to my experience. I love the ARK Medspa Louisville!

Sydney was very polite and professional. I loved my facial that she did. My skin looked and felt amazing. Shianne at the front desk was super nice and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place.

Walked in inquiring about services & Gabriella had an opening for hydro facial! My first Med Spa experience, loved everything about it. My results are amazing! Booked future chemical peel sessions. Med Spa is my new addiction 🤗

This place is under new management & I could not be more disappointed. I would have been a lifer here. I’m getting married in July, & I had purchased sessions of “Evolve”. I was told if I paid in full, over 5k, that I would receive 6free sessions. That is a few thousand dollars worth & I wanted the savings, so I borrowed from my 401k and paid over 5k in full. I did half my sessions last year & was to begin the rest this year so we scheduled closer to the wedding. When I called to set up my appointment, I was told they no longer offer the Evolve treatment. When I asked for a refund they told me no since the remaining sessions were technically free. They did not offer any other services to compensate. I was told they would talk to the new owners & would call me back. I never received a call back, I had to continue to call them. In three weeks I had to call back 4 times with zero resolution. Instead was told that there were others who purchased gift cards before new management took over & were not having their gift cards honored either. That does not make it better, if anything that makes it worse. Horrible . I’m so disappointed & I urge you to find a place that cares more about the customers that keep them in business rather than money. Greed is something special. I got penalized for borrowing from my 401k; but for my wedding I was down for the cause. Extremely disappointing as the old owners made this place amazing. A smart person learns from their mistakes, but a really smart person learns from others mistakes… just saying it’s ok to learn from mine, hence the review. Update to my review after your response. You NEVER reached out to me to offer other “free” services to compensate. That is a flat lie to sound good on your response to my review. It was literally one of my complaints as I tried to resolve this, that I had to continue to call you all back. Once o asked for a refund, NOTHING else was offered. Frustrating that you would say that. Just a lie. I’ll leave this matter alone now, but you all know what you did & said.
