The level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Mint Dentistry Outer Loop was unacceptable. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. for a cleaning and waited nearly two hours, only to be told at 5:15 p.m. that my appointment had to be rescheduled. This experience reflects a serious lack of respect for patients’ time and poor operational management. I hope this feedback prompts a review of scheduling and communication practices so others don’t encounter the same issue.
