I wish I could give zero stars. My family member recently had an appointment at this dental office, and the entire experience started terribly before we even walked through the door. I called to schedule and ask a couple of quick questions about what to expect for their procedure. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and short with me from the very first sentence. She sighed loudly when I asked for clarification, gave one-word answers, and spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her by simply calling the office during business hours. When I politely tried to confirm a detail, she snapped, “I already told you,” and then put me on hold without warning—for almost five minutes—before coming back and basically rushing me off the phone. I understand people have bad days, personal problems, or financial stress at home. We all do. But when you work at the front desk of a dental office, your attitude directly affects patients (and their anxious family members) who are already nervous about coming in. Bringing that kind of unprofessional, hostile energy to every phone call is completely unacceptable. Because of this interaction alone, we will not be returning and I’ve advised every family member and friend to go anywhere else. The actual dental care might be fine—who knows?—but if the first person you speak to treats you like a burden, most people won’t even make it that far. Terrible first impression. Zero customer service. Do better.

Very good dental appointment, my first in years. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful from the initial phone call to the actual appointment, and they got me in and out quickly without it feeling rushed. A+++

This was my first visit, and it was wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door and Tim greeted me by name. Everyone is friendly, relaxed, helpful and sympathetic. I'm thrilled to have found my new dentist!

I’ve recently visited this dental office for the first time and I have to say I was very impressed. I grew up going to an amazing dentist and thought they couldn’t be beat. After years without going I can say this place is right up there with my original dentist. I look forward to being a patient of theirs for many years. Oh and the free mug was a cool little touch that made it even more unique.

Very concerning experience with this dental office. I had issues with billing errors, and the charges never seemed to match what was originally agreed upon. Because of this lack of transparency, I decided to take my kids to another dental office. After reading other reviews, it’s alarming to see similar stories about unexpected charges and patients being asked to pay additional balances without clear explanations. While the dentist and assistant may be kind, the billing and front desk practices raise serious concerns. Be very cautious and double-check everything if you choose this office.
