Mortenson Family Dental

This was my first visit to any of the Mortenson locations. I am not a friend of going to the dentist, but for some reason I felt very relaxed and welcomed at this office. Everyone was very nice, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision about my care or any expensive procedures. Very pleased with my first impression of the office and its staff.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude staff, they got offended I took deep breaths throughout a 3 hour procedure even though I have asthma, so they made passive aggressive comments throughout the procedure. Even after all that, the work they did was horrible, my teeth felt rough and uneven and I was still in pain months later and I had to go back for multiple bite adjustments. Found a much better dentist but when I went there I had really bad anxiety and that made my blood pressure extremely high, that they almost had to reschedule me. When complained about the incident the doctor didn’t seem to care.

Had an outstanding cleaning. Thought my teeth were hopelessly stained. Thought my only options were veneers. But, after this cleaning I don't feel that way anymore. They removed stains on my teeth that I thought were permanent.

The staff are amazing and everyone is always so friendly and polite. I’ve been going here for about 6 years now , and honestly it is the best mortenson location around!!! Love the doctors, EDDA’s and hygienist here !!

Dr Brandon is always great makes sure u are comfortable! Always had good experiences!!
