I always have a great experience at Pearl Dental. What stood out to me today is that when I met the dental hygienist, Natalie, about a week ago, I told her how to pronounce my name, and today she remembered and pronounced it correctly. It's a small thing to some, but it meant a lot to me that she remembered. It just feels good to be seen and heard. 💙 I got a cavity filled as well... but that's not fun to talk about 🤣

The people was nice, but they are definitely in it for the money. Went in there with an emergency because my feeling came out they couldn’t do nothing that day but still charged me eight dollars to come in. I know not a lot but I’ve got insurance then told him that I’ve got very high anxiety for the dentist so didn’t try to charge me 200 and something dollars for nitrous then didn’t even bother to explain the plan to me. I just was looking at the price and saw that well. It was all nitrous. Like y’all don’t care about patients that have high anxiety in this and that in the front desk lady that’s supposed to be explaining what these charges are and what the dental plan is just hand you the piece of paper and tells you you gotta pay half before they can even schedule an appointment. Yes I’m mad right now and yes, they are just all for the money.

I had bad experience. I like Dr.Graves,but I went in for a problem with top middle tooth, food getting stuck between gum and tooth causing discomfort, this is what it felt like. Well went in now I am 55, hygiene is fairly well! Danielle said I needed 3 crowns, ok went back to get crowns, oh we don't have time to do all three today " it will take hrs. I like really. Come back on 24th of September and today we will put the temporary crowns in. I ask why come I was not told this before. Danielle filed my filling down on my bottom teeth and put 1 crown over 2 teeth on the bottom. I was in severe pain. I thought I growing an abscess. Then September 24,2025 appt. Came they hit me with $304.00 bill. Receptionist said you want to change your appointment or pay before being seen getting permanent crowns. So this was purposely done and I am still having problems. I didn't say anything about my bottom teeth, had no problems. But now I do. Danielle is not one I will deal with, Carolyn knew something, but kept quiet. She drill away my filling, now my teeth in back where she put crown and put 1 temporary over my 2 teeth has cause me issues that I didn't have! DENTISTRY BOARD OF ASSOCIATIONS NEED TO AWARE! Plus I had to call my insurance about bill and going to call again because they had to tell them to resubmit the bill! FACTS

Pearl Dentist became my dentist, when my dentist of 20 yrs surprisingly retired. Coming in the staff were nice & everything was went as they should on time.!For some reason after the first visit things went south. I come in on time for all of my appointments. Never late Just to be left in the waiting room for an extra hour. When I question the front desk about my issue. They tell me they’re running behind, finishing up with a patient. I politely sit back down & wait. However I’m watching people come in after me get called to the back. These people are coming in after me. I have PPO Dental insurance & paid over a thousand dollars out of pocket for my services. I’ve got feelings, teeth cleaning, a root canal & crown. That they had to reinstall after a month. I won’t be going back to this dentist. I don’t like spending soo much money with a business that lies to my face and doesn’t respect my time. Never have I ever had to deal with an issue like this. I’m 33yrs and has always went to the dentist at least once a year if not twice since I was a kid.

Fabulous! Very professional. Everyone made me feel like I been coming there for years. Wonderful group of people, thanks 👍🏽 for everything.
