Advanced Dental Center - Rudy Lane

I visited Advantage Dental center today, and I want to share my delight! The clinic is beautiful, modern, and cozy—the people who work there are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Amanda (hygiene)—she examined and cleaned my teeth so gently that I didn't even notice it was done. She was so gentle and careful that I just relaxed and almost fell asleep! I also want to mention Kensey (the assistant)—she's so welcoming, smiling, and kind! She's absolutely stunning in this case 💫 And, of course, a huge thank you to Dr. Rachel Talis. She's a wonderful, professional, and beautiful woman who carefully examined my jaw and explained everything in detail. She does her job with love and from the heart. I'll definitely be telling all my friends and acquaintances about your wonderful Advantage Dental center ! ❤️

I have found a dentist for my family. We had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The service was excellent, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

This dental office has unprofessional and uneducated office staff. You as a patient do your job to make sure they are covered with insurance. You show up very first appointment give the office all your information. Pay copay after service rendered ask do I have a balance consistently told no after each appointment. Then they continually make errors on their end billing the wrong Doctor at practice. Than several months later send you a detailed bill of what you owe hundreds of dollars later, knowing full well the other Doctor is covered. And the office staff are aware of this as they have said we have been having issues with multiple patients. So when sould it not click in if this was not a few isolated issues that someone ( office manager) maybe I should dive deeper to find issue vs calling patients months later to ask when your gonna pay a bill that is not actually yours because it was filed incorrectly. Do better and get it together. Not an ethical or logical way to do business no matter how good the dentist is.

Dentist and assistants were fine but busy and rushed. I did not feel like much time was taken to explain my issues. After being told they were Delta PPO providers, which covers cleanings and x-rays 100%, I was asked to pay $36 as I left. The dentist accepts a different Delta plan, not PPO. I was also asked to pay for an expensive broken tooth procedure yesterday ahead of the procedure, which I fortunately did not do. Today when I talked to the insurance company they said being asked to pay ahead was a red flag. The specialist is not a Delta PPO provider either according to my insurance company representative. Both docs are on a lesser paying plan, Premier . If they get their insurance ironed out and are honest with people, they have the potential to have a good practice.
