I really enjoyed my experience at this dental office. The dentist, Dr. Lujan, was so incredibly thorough with how she explained everything and she gave me multiple options with the pros and cons associated with whatever I ultimately make the decision to do. She was incredibly empathetic and kind. I also wanted to add that I absolutely adored Erica. I had to really put off going to the dentist for a long time and both of these women made my experience so much more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this dentist as well as the dental hygienist to anyone seeking out a dental office.

I had a fantastic experience at my recent dental visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. The dental hygienist, Theresa, was absolutely awesome – thorough, gentle, and super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made the cleaning process comfortable and painless. The dentist was also very pleasant, professional, and attentive. They listened to my concerns and provided clear, helpful advice without any pressure. Overall, a top-notch visit with a great team. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first time to Breckenridge Dental Care was a great experience. Dr. Braun and the dental hygienist, Theresa, made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were warm and friendly as well as professional. So glad I took a friend's recommendation to come here.

If anyone is considering this dental practice, you should know that your first appointment is for an evaluation only. No teeth cleaning is done. I spent an hour on X-rays and an exam looking at my teeth, which I have never experienced at any other dental office. Had I known this was their policy, I would not have scheduled the appointment. I am simply too busy to have to visit a dentist twice for what is normally handled in one visit. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. The receptionist should have clearly explained this during my initial call. At that time, I specifically asked whether Dr. Molly Braun was accepting new patients and was told yes. However, I was ultimately scheduled with a different doctor, one I did not request and had no opportunity to research beforehand. I also completed the intake paperwork and clearly indicated my preference for a hygienist who does not play music, as I like a quiet environment during dental visits, so I can focus. Despite this, music was playing when I arrived. While the hygienist did turn it off after I mentioned it, this preference had already been documented, and I should not have needed to raise it again. Because my insurance only covers X-rays once per year, I have no choice but to return for now, but I will not continue with this practice after 2026. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I am giving a 2-star rating as a courtesy.

The staff are so kind and go out of their way to make my kids feel like equals, no over talking! Dr Molly is so down to earth and kind! These ladies rock! We 🫶🏽them all!!
