I love this place so much! Dr Fox is the best dentist. I have been coming here for over 12 years and they continue to be the best in patient care and competitive pricing. Allyson, at the front desk, is also so great! She got me signed up on the Smiles360 plan and after all discounts, saved me $540 off my charges for today alone. So very helpful and thoughtful! I have been going to the same dentist office for the last 10 years since I have left military service and I have to say that the staff here has been one of the best dentist offices that i've ever, I had the pleasure of working with. The staff has always been friendly. They have remained consistent. They have gone above and beyond for me. Time and time again to make sure that my smile has been perfect. Thank you all for all of your help especially Dr. Owen's and Kim Gray and the other fantastic lady who I always talk about our vacation trips with. I can't remember your name, but I hope they find it in the chart. You guys are the best

They scheduled my appointment but then called from this location and canceled and told me they dont take my insurance i said ok ill do self pay because i am in so much pain. But she didn't care. All she said is i was doing insurance fraud by doing self pay and hang up on me. I called back and she wouldn't pick up because she sees its me calling back. What a bad experience.

Horrible communication. I’ve reached out about 4 times now to try to have them call my insurance because they wouldn’t when I had my regular cleaning scheduled. I get 3 cleanings a year because that’s what my insurance allows but they turned me away rather than calling my insurance to verify. I had a choice to leave or pay $53 for a cleaning that would’ve been covered under my insurance had they practiced good customer service and called anthem to verify. I’ve even emailed them the form that shows I’m allowed 3 cleanings a year and still no one will get back to me. My husband has also had issues at this office that I’ve had to call about to fix. They canceled his cleaning appointment that was scheduled months in advance because they didn’t give the lady enough time to clean his teeth. Tried to reschedule him months later so I had to call and speak to a manager about that. They eventually found available appointments that were going to take the same amount of time as the other appointment was scheduled for. I don’t understand this office.

Dr.Hill and his staff at the Old Bardstown Rd. location are so professional, courteous, and competent in every phase of this practice.. A special shout out to Taylor, their new billing specialist who demonstrated a high degree of ethics for her correcting an insurance overcharge..I recommend this practice to anyone requiring a great dentist and a super friendly environment..
