The whole staff is great. Dr. Finely has went above and beyond as well as Annie the receptionist to helping me get my smile back again. Thank you and if you're looking for a great dentist. I do recommend.

I found the smile by chance. I have Kentucky Medicaid and was trying to find a dentist. All the offices I called had anywhere between a six-month to a year and a half wait. I called The Smile because of his proximity and they had an appointment available the following week. The office staff was wonderful and the facility very nice and clean. Hope was my dental hygienist and she made me feel like a friend. Dr Finley was amazing. I had not had a cleaning in almost a decade. He took his time, was professional, and very kind. (July 2025) I brought my 16-year-old granddaughter here because I had a wonderful first experience. Journey was very impressed with the facility when we first walked in and was even happier after her cleaning. She said Dr Herrick was very nice and everything went smoothly. They gave her referral to and orthodontist because granddaughter was concerned about her bite had shifted. (October 2025) I had a follow-up appointment for crowns and when I walked in Dr Finley was sitting at the front desk and greeted me by name and I was taking back immediately. The whole process was pain-free and very pleasant. Again, Dr Finley demonstrated excellent skills and has such a warm demeanor. The dental hygienist was excellent and was very personable and made sure I was comfortable. I could not ask for a better experience, atmosphere, or providers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible place for expensive prices……. I wouldn’t schedule an appointment for my dog at this place! I went in to get a temporary tooth put in where my crown has fell out, smile of Louisville work I might add! So I get here and they are doing they’re thing and the dentist and assistance put my temporary tooth on to dry fit it and neither of them could get it back off to add the cement to it to make it a strong bond! Now they’re looking me in my eyes after they already told me the procedure and telling me this is as equal as us cementing it on! Liar Liar is all I can say and to top it off it’s been 3pm the since procedure and she said she would put a dental plan together so we can have something permanent in and they have not contacted me or returned any of my (5) voicemail! This place needs to be turned in to better business bureau
