Massage Envy

I booked an appointment for 9 AM, and even after checking in, and sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, I still had to inform the receptionist, Kate, that the massage therapist never collected me to start the massage. You would think that a business that is virtually empty most of the time, specifically in the morning, would have employees that were intelligent enough to exercise even the smallest modicum of problem-solving skills. Not only did I never get the massage, but I also wasted my time driving from Southaven. Positively infuriating.

I had an Amazing full Body Massage from Tina she is the best!! She is so nice pleasant to talk too and she really has perfected her craft of being a Massage Therapist!! I usually prefer a Man Therapist but Tina exceeded my Expectations!! She hit all the right spots that had been bothering me in my neck, shoulders, and back! She was firm and gentle at the same time. She asked me how I was feeling when she did certain body techniques on me. When she finished she offered me some water ,tea, or hot chocolate and had it waiting on me after I came out!! Her Services was Impeccable!! I must say I've been a member at Massage Envy for at least 6 years and I have visited several different ones and I've been pretty satisfied of the services provided by different Massage Therapist both Male and Females! But Tina has been one of the best Therapist by far!! So ladies and men if yall ever want the best body massage ever ask for Tina she won't disappoint you I guarantee you will be glad you asked for her!!!!!!! The Staff was so nice, the atmosphere was nice also. And afterwards I got on the Hydroplane which was absolutely wondrtful it made me feel like I was lying out on a Beach somewhere having a full body massage by a handsome foreigner lol, lol!! The Staff set it up for me and I was able to Bluetooth my own music to listen to other than the music they provided which was good also!! Between my Body Massage and the Hydroplane Massage I feel like a brand New Woman!!!

I had an excellent massage experience. David was highly skilled, attentive, and professional throughout the session. The pressure was perfectly balanced, and the overall treatment was both relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling noticeably refreshed and tension-free. I would gladly recommend this service to others.

Awesome experience and will absolutely be back. A membership is in my future. Margaret brought me so much relief. She got rid of my muscle knots and helped me relax. Kaidence was incredible with the facial…also helped me relax and made my skin feel brand new. Thank you ladies!

Aubrey is the "Chosen One". He is very professional, very attentive to your needs, he makes you feel that his expertise is exactly what you've been missing when he's finished with you. I truly had the most amazing experience with Aubrey and I am looking forward to making him my masseuse. Job well done Aubrey.
