Rachel Doerr is the smartest doctor I’ve ever visited she makes you feel comfortable she’s a great listener, she’s very personal, her goal is to help & make sure her patients feel better & on the correct road to wellness Morgan who works with her is just as kind and helpful at explaining any questions we had they are awesome together they make a super team ! my husband and I feel very Blessed to have found them Is great to know we have a doctor that really cares about her patients Mrs Rachel is the very best there is! No contest!!

Around New Years Day I had a reaction to something which caused my face and ears to turn red as a port wine stain and to start to peel. I was desperate. NP Rachel Doerr was able to see me quickly; diagnosed my situation correctly; and sent me to the pharmacy with prescriptions which have corrected my situation in these last 3 weeks! Happily I will be "ready for my close up" picture when I return for my follow up appointment. Even though the office was very full that day everyone who works there was smiling and helpful from the check in desk to the medical assistant nurse, and the check out and make an appt desk.

Mary Stephens and her MA was absolutely wonderful for treating a traumatized thumb nail.. she talked me through the entire procedure easing my worries and was just as gentle. Office was clean and comfortable and her style was impeccable!

I saw Rachel Doerr yesterday for my first full-body skin screening. As a fair-skinned redhead who’s never been checked before, I was eager to ensure none of my moles showed signs of skin cancer and to learn what to watch out for going forward. The visit was extremely disappointing. The entire appointment lasted about two minutes. Rachel asked only two questions — about family history and sunscreen use — then did a very brief exam and left. She spoke more at me than with me, and I didn’t feel listened to or cared for. She also commented rudely on how long I’d waited to get a sonogram for a lipoma, which came across as shaming rather than supportive. I actually had more dialogue with her assistant than with her. Given my higher risk for skin cancer, I expected a more thorough and educational experience. Instead, I left feeling rushed, dismissed, and unsatisfied. I won’t be returning and will look for another provider where I’m treated like a human being rather than a number.

Leslie is great, personable and she listens! Her nurse Brenda was great as well. Highly recommend!
