Dermatology Clinic of North Mississippi, PLLC

I thoroughly enjoy going to this location. I became a patient after never having visited a dermatologist before. I was immediately met with warmth, thoroughness instructions, and rapid process of intake. I was only there for about 5 minutes or so before I was called back! I was asked various questions about my skin concerns and my physician listened to me and checked me out. She talked with me about my concerns and discussed options for care. This is my experience every time I've visited. They contact me whenever there is a change in schedule, and I was even informed about a change in physicians when my initial doctor went on maternity leave. I genuinely enjoy having them as my dermatology experts, and every experience is easy and smooth.

I am super pleased with my visits here. They were able to get me in pretty quickly to assess what was going on. Hopefully we are in the right path. The staff are wonderful. I love that they get you in and out in a timely manner.

This was my first visit to the Dermatology Clinic of North Mississippi, even though my husband has been a patient there for years. I was so pleased with my visit. Dr. Henson is very knowledgeable and is such a caring doctor. Dr. Henson's staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit.

Despite running late for my appointment, the professional staff saw me right away. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease about my treatment. Every staff member was courteous and smiling-such a refreshing experience! Many thanks-will definitely recommend!

Something seems wrong because I can never get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Rarely am I ever called back if I do leave a message. They will sometimes just send me a text if I do get anything at all. There have been times where they've dropped the ball on paperwork for my medication for insurance and things like that. Probably because there isn't a line of communication with this office and even my pharmacy has had trouble getting prior authorizations. I have had to physically go by their office just to talk someone. What's the issue? Why does desoto county not have a decent option for dermatologists? :(
