I had an excellent experience at the Option Care Infusion Center in Memphis. The staff was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The nurses took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The center was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which helped put me at ease. I appreciated the personalized care plan and the way the team coordinated with pharmacy to ensure I received the best possible care. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of infusion therapy!

Invoice created 02/06/2025, Due 02/20/2025, Received 02/25/2025. Something is wrong here... OC should have billed "The Assistance Fund" as I requested in 2024 but they have not. I have been paying a bill that I would have had up front assistance on if they would have done so as promised. I will update this post if this gets fixed quickly. "Update": OC never relayed to me that the assistance I was approved for and depending on would not cover a Medicare part D prescription. This tidbit of knowledge would have been helpful to me 14 months ago. The OC assistance coordinator did finally recommend another fund that will help with the ridiculous copay.

I was told my mom's green caps would be delivered Monday and as today, Friday, we're still waiting. When I called back, the person that answer the phones seemed a bit rude and hung the phone up in my face. Didn't ask if I had any more concerns or questions, just rudely hung up the phone. Maybe a customer service class should be offered.
