Absolutely the best experience Made an appointment the same morning of. Came in at 7am they had her fluids dripping by 7:10 !!

Very poor professionalism. No follow up. When I called the office, the nurse practitioner wasn't very helpful and didn't seem knowledgeable about the therapy. I wish I could get my $75z waste of money. The guy that took my blood didn't introduce himself and was so fixated with the receptionist that he couldn't concentrate on doing his job

There is always a problem. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago have not heard back. They do not answer the phone they have AI. The AI is not helpful. If you leave a message no one calls back. If you have any questions you have to drive up during office hours. When orders do arrive they arrive to the wrong location. You will not know until you go to pick them up and then they tell you if you want them you need to drive to across town to the other location. I’m actually telling people not to go here because of the horrible customer service. This is essentially concierge medicine and the service is worse than you get at a public hospital. - Edit: the delay had nothing to do with federal regulations. The staff had enough courage to admit they just didn’t know how to properly order medication and that caused the delay. It took them 2 weeks to figure out they ordered it wrong.

I was at a loss as to where to go. My doctor of 33 years retired. I did not know how to find a new doctor with all the crazy new hospital rules regarding doctors. It was very invasive and cold. Others could care less about what I wanted for my health care. Then I found Pro Health!! They were very nice, very efficient and excellent medical care. I have found my medical go to. Best place to start!!

This clinic use to be great to go to. I had the PRO membership an entire year 2022. By the of end of the year services definitely declined. IV sessions became problematic and painful because I have rolling veins and it usually took multiple tries to get the IV started. Some staff definitely could work on improving their overall professionalism and communication skills. A year long membership at Pro Health Memphis West was a process and an experience that I will never forget and and service I will not get again.
