TwelveStone Infusion Center Memphis (Germantown)

I’m glad I took the initiative to switch my infusion Rx to TwelveStone Health Partners. My first visit was as pleasant as I had anticipated after choosing the Germantown office. Stacey and Megan provided personal attention to my orientation and I felt very comfortable with all the staff. The office is friendly and professional with a Christian atmosphere I thought was refreshing.

I was very pleased with my first experience at 12 stone. The two young women that talked with my son-in-law and me were very helpful. They both were easy to talk to and answered questions well. They gave us a lot of information which was helpful And they saw that we were very comfortable. Thank you Twelve Stone!

Jennifer at the front desk is absolutely incredible—so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. She truly is an angel and immediately made us feel at ease. The entire staff was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and families. A very special shoutout to the Nurse Practitioner Sarah, RN Jessica, and MR Jennifer. Each of them went above and beyond in the care they provided. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference. I am incredibly grateful to God for these beautiful ladies and the exceptional care they showed my mom today. Thank you all for what you do—you are truly a blessing! 💙🙏

Felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Jennifer at the front desk was easy to talk with and helpful. Stacy and Sarah took my medical information and asked questions. It was an exchange of information that was informative and conversational. It has been a positive and constructive experience. I love the scripture on the walls and the genuineness of the staff. Love and light.

My doctor recommended switching infusion centers, and I’m so glad she did. Other than a little confusion with the intake process, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience at the center. The staff was incredible and friendly, and a place was spotless and, they have pretty good snacks.
