The office staff and medical student I encountered were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel is one of the most horrific humans I've ever dealt with. I went in for a skin exam after another dermatologist found skin cancer but was unable to perform the required mohs surgery to ensure removal in it's entirety. I was referred to Patel and was scheduled for surgery but chose to go get an exam to be sure there weren't others beforehand. She had a medical student with her that day who was professional and he asked if I minded him being present during my exam to which I had no qualms. She didn't introduce herself and brought a random man into the room who was likewise not identified. She immediately addressed a problem I was having with my eyes then attempted to leave, completely not addressing the reason for the appointment. I stopped her and asked her to look at a couple of spots, she spat out with distaste what she assessed them to be. She then quickly attempted to leave again and I was forced to stop her to ask about a spot near my groin. I was trying to stay draped since some strange man was in the room so I was carefully pulling my robe to the side while keeping my private parts covered. She impatiently slung my robe all the way off my lower half, again nearly spitting out her assessment and left. She spent less than 2 minutes with me. I canceled my surgery so fast! I wouldn't let her come near me with a scalpel in any scenario. I was disgusted, angry and unless you're into abuse wouldn't recommend ANYONE to see her. Additionally, the way she treated the medical student was equally as abysmal - yelling at him in front of me and accusing him of not performing his job. Entirely inappropriate and demeaning.

Had high hopes of finally getting help for my skin condition. BAD. Olive Branch location. Visit = good. I was prescribed a medication that I was told could be sent to a specific pharmacy if my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I was instructed to call back if needed. The cost of the medication was over $800. I called them three times within a week, no response. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I cancelled my follow up appointment. This is not the treatment I anticipated. Wish I had read the reviews first. Beware.

The ladies at the Olive Branch location are very rude! Highly would NOT RECOMMEND! One named Tabitha in billing (I believe she said that was her name) actually hung up the phone in my face while I was trying to get clarification on that fact that I was told my insurance was accepted there and now the Olive branch location said it is not. Why would anyone recommend me to those people with an attitude like that! No thank you! 101 classes in common courtesy is definitely needed!

I was very pleased with this facility. Everyone was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the treatment I received while visiting. I felt like I was actually heard by the dermatologist and nurses and my concerns were addressed appropriately! Thank you!!!
