Elite Body Contouring Southaven has been a very enjoyable experience. Not only have I lost 47 inches overall, I have gained confidence in my skin. The warm red light therapy is relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work. Not only that, the staff is so friendly and caring. I am very happy with their service.

I began my weight lost journey in June 2025 after turning 49 and wanted to make a change physically. I started with a goal of 30pds and ended with a 47pd loss. The normal goal for the process is 120 inches but I surpassed that with a loss of 234 inches. I will forever be grateful for this life-changing experience and the support of the ladies that work at the building. I always felt encouraged, supported and appreciated. I highly highly recommend the full body contouring using red light therapy with Elite Body Contouring in Southaven. The ladies are super nice, helpful, encouraging and professional. The therapy is very relaxing and effective. I lost 75 inches and my goal was 40. I am extremely please. I recommend you treat yourself.

It’s a very relaxing experience with actual results! The spa music while you lay on a comfortable and cushion table adds the extra level of calm.
