I first came across A Beautiful You when I was looking for body wraps to help me slim down before a beach vacation. While I wasn't sure about he location when I pulled up, I could not have been happier with my experience. So much so that I went back after the vacation to help be lose the water weight I gained from all the drinks and sodium rich foods. And then another 8 times before my wedding. Ms Mona & Shelby are gems among women. They are personable and professional. I have gone into A Beautiful You on really terrible personal days and came out feeling rejuvenated thanks to the energy that this team puts out . I've gone back since focusing on the body wraps (which is still a part of my vacation before and after routine) and have had several different types of massages that they offer. I travel a lot and have enjoyed massages in many resorts across the world. It's not a flex, but so you can take what I say next to the bank. This is easily in the top 3 for best massage techniques I've experienced. Right here in Memphis and with prices a hella lot more reasonable then others I'm comparing it to. I highly recommend this spa for your wellness needs. You may not get the spa atmosphere but you get the results without having to pay for atmosphere price. Go treat yourself and come back to like my review later.

People have telling me about how great ozempic is. I looked up the side effects. They are not good 😝. I started going to A Beautiful You to heal up faster after surgery. The side effects have been weight loss, less cellulite, hair growth, old scars are diminishing, better looking skin etc.... The effects are so extraordinary that my baby hair has grown 2 inches. Plus Mona is super nice. A Beautiful You is the best.

My stomach is smaller, toner and retains less fluid because of the body wrap and advice plus fresh justices that Mona provides. Additionally, I have done several foot soaks that eliminated toxins from my body and I feel great plus have more energy. The prices are affordable, plus there are always deals going on. I did a package of body wraps that were just what I needed in combination with proper diet and exercise for my journey to get back to pre-baby weight & shape (had three born back-to-back over a three year period). An added benefit ... I suffer from lower back pain due to bulging discs in my L4/5/S1 and the heat along with the vibration of the pod that you're in for the body wraps just works some extra magic for that. Honestly went in for my fourth session not just because I was thinking, "Let me get this slimming affect for my skin here!" (Which, yes please know that the wraps not only help with inches but they also have a nice smoothing affect on your skin!) - But I was also thinking, "My back is hurting I need to go for a wrap and hang out in that heated pod!" Miss Mona will also get you comfortable, set you up with music to relax you (did I say I had three little kids and need a chance to chill??), and is easy to get in touch with, exceptionally flexible with timing, and cares about making certain that you get what you need out of your sessions. I'll be back to try some other options here at the spa & am glad that THIS is the place that I chose after endless googling.
