I had an exceptional experience during my procedure on Dec. 4. I am still having an exceptional experience during my post op visits. Everyone has been wonderful to me and put me at ease thru everything, especially Karen, Lourdes and Dr. V. My recovery so far has been fine and my progress pleases me. I had surgery on a Thursday and was back at work the following Tuesday. I am very lucky to have been treated so well. I totally recommend Sono Belo Memphis.

At Sonobello, I had a great experience with my nurses and care team. My doctor(Dr. King) Was absolutely phenomenal, amazing and very mastered at her craft. She really does give you back your power as a human when you’ve been struggling so long with different things about your body. She cares about you and she will do everything she can to make sure you will get the results. She is aggressive, but in a good way. Even the night before she was messaging me about my prescriptions because there was issues that were out of her control, but she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. I Was treated with the laser Lipo. The beginning of everything seemed to go by very fast, butit was very painful once the meds started to wear off during the end of the procedure and Continues to be painful slightly, I look forward to the end of this road to recovery. I did it for me and as a mom, it’s one of the few things. Love yourself. I know these women here empower you and no judgements passed on. Thank you to my team of amazing women.

The staff was friendly. My results differ from my expectations. I was not satisfied with my original results. My original surgery took place on 04/2024. I was highly disappointed in my results. I let the provider, his nurse, and the office manager know of my concerns. They listened to my concerns, and within a few weeks, they scheduled my revision. Wow. The results are worth every moment of complaining. Dr. Peters was a lifesaver. He consulted with me and the next day I was on the table getting a revision. I have recommended so many people to Dr. Peters. I am 7 months post op and I am looking forward to the 12-month post-op. Thank you Sonobello for listening to my request. I would appreciate it if you could refund half of the money I paid for the Venus treatments following the first procedure. It was a waste of my money! Thank you again. Excellent service from initial consultation to the presurgery info given by nurses to the actual surgery; followup athome call by doctor and then nurse was awesome! The front desk service was very professional, friendly environment and always helpful. I'm now in my post op recovery and I'm very well informed with performing my athome therapy and future offIce followup visits. This medical facility's staff are all great people: thanks!!!
