Solutions Medical Center, a functional medicine facility is not an ethical place to seek out medical care. They may be great at what they do, but they are all about taking your MONEY!! We went there specifically to see a certain provider. When that provider was terminated without due process, they put us with someone else without letting us know or letting us decide to stay or leave. The ONLY reason we even came to Solutions Medical was bc of that provider! When I asked for a refund bc of this issue, I was told, No ma'am, you signed a contract with Solutions Medical, not with the provider. But, I would never have crossed your threshold had it not been for that provider!! We were not interviewed by the provider we have been assigned to, she does not know our history. Oh, she said she can read your history. I told her, I can read a book but that doesnt mean I know the author. She laughed out loud (real professional). Actually, she's intellectually challenged I think. So, save your money..Solutions Medical wants your money!! And believe me!! They will take it!!

The quality of care shown by the practioners here is phenomenal. They took the time to listen to my health concerns and to do the testing that was needed to find out why I was feeling so bad. They provided me with solutions that work long term. I highly recommend going to see them. It's made a huge difference in my daily life.

This spa is luxurious and lovely. Ali has been doing my injections and we have such a great time when I go. She makes sure I am comfortable and happy with my results every time. The front desk staff is phenomenal too. I drive over an hour to come as a client here and it’s so worth it!

What a welcoming and happy place!! I went to Solutions for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with Kate and she was amazing! Very thorough and reassuring! Will be going back routinely! Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful business!

I would not recommend. My daughter had tests/labs run in order to get a baseline. After receiving results and her trying a treatment protocol, she came in (from out of town), only to have her appointment abruptly cancelled. The doctor refused to call in an order for follow-up labs in the city where she goes to college unless we signed up and paid for their (new) concierge annual fees. We needed an order for labs so we could figure out if anything was working since she didn’t actually feel better. Obviously, a bottom line took priority over my daughter’s health…a hard lesson after MUCH MONEY WAS SPENT. Health care in this country has become anything but.
