Edited Review: Traveled from Mississippi. My husband and I booked a 45-minute Reflexology massage. Overall, I’d rate the massage itself a 4/10. When we arrived, the place looked closed. No one was at the front desk, and after a few minutes, a woman (MiMi) eventually came out from the back looking as though she had just woken up. I told her what service we wanted, and she mentioned needing to call someone else to assist. Despite the awkward start, the actual massage was decent. However, things took a turn at checkout. I asked Lia—the one who did my husband’s massage—for the total. I also asked if they would honor the $5 discount posted at the front. She said yes. After completing my review and showing Lia (proof), I asked for the new total expecting the discount to be applied, but it remained the same. I reminded her about the $5 off, and she suddenly acted like she didn’t understand. Then she asked if I was going to leave a tip. I said no. She questioned why not, and I told her I had just paid for the service in full. While the massage was okay, I found the customer service pushy and unprofessional. Trying to guilt customers into tipping—especially after refusing to honor a clearly advertised discount—is unacceptable. The place was completely empty when we arrived, and in hindsight, that should’ve been a red flag. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this business. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE! The only reason this place has decent reviews is because they’re offering customers $5 off their total (which i never got). They stand there watching you complete the review!

I went in for a 30 minute feet massage. It was a good first experience. It was a little difficult to make conversation due to the language barrier. I pointed to the areas that I was hurting and she took care of me. She made the pain go away. I also have sensitive skin and it was great to go to a place that didn’t trigger any flare ups. She only charged me $30 for 30 minutes. This place is a 10/10 especially if you’re looking for a place that doesn’t cost a lot and will get good results.

I didn't have to wait. First time made a great impression. I went in sore and went out with relief. Definitely recommend this place for pain relief.

Lin & N was professional & on time & perfect. They massage places that felt great & got the knots out of my shoulders. Will be back & highly recommend!
