Horrible experience, Horrible person, Unprofessional, Money hungry. I was ripped off by the owner Rachel. Paying over $1500 dollars for a Microblading Training. When I arrived to the building I should have known to not move forward with Rachel because I had to wait outside for her to show up late to my Microblading Training. She did the bare minimum with the training. I left the training just as I had come in. The kit that she provided was nothing but scraps she found laying around her salon. She put them in a box and called it a kit. Literally (2) Qtips, (1) pair of gloves, (1) razor, (1) very cheap numbing cream, (1) Dental bib, (1) disposal ruler, (1) artificial skin sheet, (2) ink cups, and (1) Microblading needle for $1500. I wish I could provide the photo of the kit and the text messages to show how much Rachel did not care to provide me with a proper training session. But I lived and I learned, yet will never forget the horrible experience.

If you want to get your brows done, I do not recommend you go here. Rachel microshaded my brows and I know they have to heal, but that won’t even save my brows. They are uneven and look terrible and will still be uneven and terrible after they’ve healed. I am embarrassed to show my face in public they are so bad. People at work have made fun of me and it’s so hurtful. This is my face and this is permanent. I brought it to her attention and instead of offering to refund me the $385.00 I paid, which most reputable businesses would do if they actually cared about their business and clients and wanted to save themselves from bad reviews, she suggested I come back to add more pigment on my right eye to make it look like the left in the arch area. The left eye has a sharp more pointy arch and the right is more rounded. I could not bring myself to go back and subject myself to any more torture. I can’t stand the thought of it getting worse than it already is. There’s no fixing this. Now, not only am I out $385.00, but I’m overly embarrassed to show my face and it’s made me severely depressed on top of it all.

I love going here! I get the brow thread/tint and mink individuals regularly because I don't have time to put on makeup in the morning. I woke up like this! She will tint your brows as light or bold as you like and she adjusts your lashes with as much or little volume you like as well! I've been going to her for years and love the results every time. You won't be disappointed!

First time going, and yes its clean and nice..I been looking for a good eyebrow place and I figured good reviews must be good. Haha unfortunately nope...its always the same issue, I got my eyebrows done in about 5 minutes or less. And pretty pricey $18. Someone plz tell whats the difference between this place and a place that charges $12. I surely did not see a difference...I was expecting her to take her time and shape my eyebrows.

Rachel did such an amazing job microblading my brows. We went for a natural look to fill in some sparse areas and even them out and I’m in love with the results so far! Can’t wait to see the finished product after following up.
