I had my first appointment with Amber and I must tell you; I was overly expressed with her professionalism from the minute I walked in to leaving. She was patient and kept me comfortable while doing my lashes and brows. I am extremely pleased and have already booked my next appointment. Amber is an amazing talent to have in the Memphis area and she is definitely worth her listed prices.

Omg! All ima say is if you haven’t booked with Amber you are missing out. Her hands are blessed! She took her time and my lashes are gorgeous and soooo natural! Thanks Amber for a wonderful experience!

My experience was great! This was my first professional wax because I usually wax myself, and she did amazing. She made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t awkward or quiet we had great conversation. She was very professional, and I’m most definitely going to come again!

I tried Amber out for the first time for a brow lamination, my experience was a 3/10 and here is why.. we began with a discussion about retinol which I told her I use night oil that has 1% but I didn’t use the night before, she began waxing under brows before applying the chemical to laminate. My skin was already torn after the clean up under brow and after applying the chemical my under brow began burning. She said it wasn’t in the area that was waxed. I usually do my own brows or my sis will take care of me but after seeing the lamination video on TikTok I thought it was very good work but my results just didn’t give what I expected. She talked me through the process tho. Today I woke up with chemical burns but not on my brows the burns are on my eyelids where the chemical “wasn’t places” but where I had the under eye wax. I took the chance to go to someone new and learning she’s been in esthetics for a while I thought my out come would’ve been much different. I wish her the best with all her future endeavors. *** as I stated we did discuss the usage of retinol and I WAS TOLD IT SHOULD BE FINE (the 1% I was using). I did not appear with blisters or a reaction. I simply have a bad chemical burn on my entire upper eyelid where I was waxed before the lamination.. I asked after the “clean up wax” if we should continue with the process and was told “it will not be placed on that area but on your brows and of course once the processing step began the chemical likely smudged and got on my lids. I am not the esthetician I asked as many questions as possible even when I stated the process was burning I was told it’s not on the area where I was waxed prior to the chemical being applied. Again I am not the esthetician I am just the client that went on for a service and had a bad chemical burn not a reaction. There’s a big difference. But again much success..

Amber was so sweet and made feel extremely comfortable during my session with her! Her customer service was top tier. I will definitely be back!
