Laser hair removal did not work for me, and I frantically searched for something. I stumbled upon East Memphis Electrolysis, and I’m so thankful! Where else can I get a smooth chin, and the most heartwarming conversations?! Big Cindy fan!

I absolutely love this place! Ms. Cidney knows her stuff! You're in great hands if you go here. She's clean, and hilarious! I live out of town and when I need her services I rush to her office and she takes care of me hands down. I remember she came in on a Saturday for me, just to see me. She loves her customers!

Cindy offers great service and conversation. I would highly recommend visiting East Memphis Electrolysis if you have any unwanted hair. The process is relatively quick and painless. The electrologists are very knowledgeable about hair removal and are happy to explain the process to new clients. FYI: they only accept checks, so remember to bring your checkbook

Great personal operation! I've had electrolysis at many venues in many states and Cindy Goforth knows her stuff! She is friendly, efficient, professional and clean and works with you so you get the results you want. She will take the time to sit down and explain the procedure to first-timers to dispel any myths and misconceptions and set appropriate expectations. The office isn't super fancy and that's OK. It's clean, functional and pleasant. I'd rather not pay more just for a fancy reception area and a high society address. I highly recommend East Memphis Electrolysis.

I have been going for almost two years now. I recommended Mrs. Cindy to all of my family members. She makes you feel comfortable. I did my facial hair and I don’t even use a tweezer anymore!
