They will make you look worse than you even walked in, AND WONT CARE HOW TO LOOKING LEAVING THEIR FACILITY!! Then when a complaint is made, they will provide excuses and then ignore you until you threaten to file a complaint with the state of TN!!! DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!

I had an amazing experience at Yen Club Beauty for my ombré brows! From start to finish, the service was professional, clean, and welcoming. Yen took her time to explain the process and made sure my brows were shaped perfectly to fit my face. The results are absolutely beautiful—natural, flawless, and exactly what I wanted. I was currently been treated with my Restylane Kysse Lip Fillers and Botox at a Dermatology Clinic in Memphis. I saw Club Beauty and all their promotions on IG. There was a great price point on Botox that was going on and I decided to make an appointment based truly just on that, because I was way far behind on treating my problem areas. It was going to require more than I previously was being treated with. The same areas that most women have, and being 52 I could claim they may have been getting worse! 😉 I was so very glad that I did. Anneliese is amazing and the day I came in she treated my face with Botox, Lip Filler, and Filler under my eyes to name just a few of the areas that was targeted. After my first visit I felt like I had been going there forever. The Cordova Office is in an amazing location off of Germantown Parkway and it’s a beautiful setting! I have already been back for a second treatment just yesterday to my under area and just got a tad more lip filler because she has made my lips full and sexy! It’s my addiction! 💋 I have been talking with her office manager Xanthia by text since I have started as a patient and she is very helpful, through, and very sweet too! Conversations even after office hours shows that Club Beauty cares greatly about their patients! Club Beauty feels like home to me and I love and adore Anneliese and her staff! I would invite anyone to schedule an appointment for any of their beauty wants and needs! You will be thanking me later! ❤️❤️

The owner is very sweet and seemed to genuinely care and get me the right color I needed for my brows. Yen did my brows and they look AMAZING!!!! So natural and looks like real hair. I’m blown away at how great it looks. She was so sweet and took so much time to make sure they look perfect and cared so much for the end result was. So worth it. If you need brows go see Yen!
