I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about whether laser acupuncture would actually help me quit smoking, as I was a smoker for over 20 yrs & had tried to quit with medicine, the patch, hypnotherapy, and going cold turkey - and was not successful with any of those methods. I even got to a point where I believed that nothing would work & that I would be a smoker for the rest of my life. If I could have rated a 10 I would have. I had the great good fortune to meet Sonja and have the smoking cessation treatment session on Easter Day. Imagine that, Sonja opened up on Easter Sunday to give me my treatment. I flew in from California. Her warm, calming and generous Spirit exuded friendship and goodwill immediately upon entering her space. Sonja is quite knowledgeable in acupuncture and the meridian lines and points. My session was amazing. I felt no apprehension about the procedure. I am currently on day 16 after treatment. I can only summarize it as: It is like the part of my brain that was associated with smoking cigarettes has been ERASED. I don't think about smoking, no craving after meals, during coffee, first thing in the morning, when I see someone else smoking or even smell the smoke. If you want to stop smoking.....GO SEE SONJA!
