Dove Family Dentistry - Whitehaven

ALL of the staff is very friendly and professional! I think i met about 6 ppl! I wish the dr. would hv let me bring my own xrays from my primary dentist who sent me only to get 4 crowns bc she was too busy, I had a referral. They dont expedite, which I would have loved bc im trying to get my replacement retainer ASAP!

So I always love coming to give a review after my wonderful appointment and I read recent reviews. I literally just witnessed the most disrespectful patient ever this morning. Screaming at the front desk ladies, pointing her finger at them because she didn’t confirm her appt (which I knew about since last year, about their confirmation policy). Which most likely mean that she is not a regular and does NOT keep up with her hygiene like she was screaming at them. AND SHE THREW A PAPER AT THEM THEY WERE HANDING HER! the manager talked to this patient with the upmost respect, and let the patient know that she was being disrespectful and that it wasn’t being tolerated! The patient agreed and stated that it was a misunderstanding and sat down with no problem! I come on here and see she flat foot lied about the entire situation! Please don’t believe the comment under me! These young ladies are nothing but sweet! You can tell she is clearly a horrible person who likes cause a commotion!

My experience with Dove Family Dentistry was remarkable. As a 71 years young person I have started to fear the dentist. EVERY person that I came in contact with was very polite and made me feel at ease. Most of all the dentist himself. In my years of experience I’ve come in contact with some dentist who I didn’t care for their patient manners. Thanks for being so patient with me and I’ll be returning soon.

So far my experience has been a good one . My first visit was 02.03.2025. The dental assistant and dentist were kind and informative. I will give an updated review upon my next visit

I absolutely loved my experience and that is saying alot. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. From the front office staff to the treatment room. Just great, I have already recommended three others. I now have to change my review to completely disappointed. I was 5 minutes past my grace period due to car trouble, I called and asked if I could still come and was told no. When you get In you still have to sit and wait. I was charged 50.00 due to this unforseen situation. I spoke with the office manager who showed no compassion. The sign said a fee would be charged depending on the situation. I will not be going back and I informed the people that I referred about the strict policy. So unfortunate and sad.
