HONEST REVIEW!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This has to be the worst dentist office I have ever encountered!! Seriously. I Scheduled a 1pm appointment for my daughter to be seen & we arrived there 20 mins early! For us to not be seen until 2pm!!!! We waited over an HOUR … after waiting so long the Dr only visited with her for 2 minutes literally no exaggeration!! just confirming the concerns I already had !!!! This was her 1st visit with them ….. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!!!! I am soooo disappointed!

My experience was HORRIBLE! The dental assistant did great, however, Dr. Edwards -1000/10. I wouldn’t recommend her at all. No communication, didn’t explain nothing, then walked out the exam room leaving the dental assistant to figure out everything else moving forward. What took her 2 hours to figure out I went elsewhere the next day and got it done in 30 mins.

I went here last month for a cleaning. JUST A CLEANING is all that I wanted. I didn’t want a x-ray done and I said that yet they told me that was apart of the cleaning to determine what kind of cleaning I would need. That’s bs honestly! I deal (work) with medical insurance and different insurance polices on a day to day so I know that this was just a money grab. They did great cleaning my teeth I can say that! The waiting time in the lobby was bad and when I got to the back I still had to wait. According to their x-ray they said that I have a cavity in which I don’t. I literally just left a dentist office today that I’ve been going to for 10 years and he told me that I don’t have a cavity. It’s just basically pin holes. Which is what I already knew. I won’t be coming back to family dentistry. All I wanted was a CLEANING nothing extra.

This is the best dentist to me!! I have no dental insurance but they took great care of me. Very professional, no attitudes, and pure love. Now, I haven't been to the dentist in years due to a traumatizing experience I had when I was little but this place made me feel sooo comfortable. I had got a tooth extraction today and when I say I had the best experience ever. I was nervous at first but when I heard the music, I was jamming while sitting down haha. When I was getting my tooth pulled, there was pressure but there no pain whatsoever which was my least worry. The lady who pulled my tooth did an amazing job as well as her assistant! ❤️ If you think about giving these lovely people a chance, please come here ❤️ Also forgot to mention the receptionist in the front, she's literally amazing!! ❤️ Any questions you have are going to get answered for you. I won't ever go to another dentist place no shade because this place has my heart ❤️

The staff was amazing though between the office manager and the two receptionist women. Horrible the doctor herself Dr Eunjung Edwards did not prepare me for anything regarding my teeth being pulled and then trying to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled when we only discussed 1 at the time and prescribed me no medicine to deal with pain. My appointment was @1p I didn’t get to the back until 2p the they had me wait another hour while they took care of a woman who had just come in saying it was an emergency and by the time it came to pull my teeth which was around 3:10 ish. I was sleep the numbness was starting to wear down and just sent me on my way! They didn’t tell me to bring anybody or anything it was an experience I would tell others to avoid at all cost unless they absolutely needed a tooth pulled and even then you can find a better chance somewhere else!! Then tried to return the next day she doesn’t speak with patients over the phone and waited on her only for her then to prescribe pain medicine didn’t tell me I should not report to work the next day and all I brought my concerns to her and she didn’t even have the audacity to meet with me and my mom who had to vouch for my pain because of my difficulty to talk!!
