Dr Dove was great and the dental hygienist was excellent. Front desk needs some additional training. The front line of a business is the person who greets you at the door and the front desk staff seems overwhelmed. Overall I’m happy with my visit. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely love Dr. Dove! Great bedside manners and takes time to explain everything to you. Every staff member I've delt with has been nothing but great. I wish I could remember the young Dr that does my cosmetic work. He's awesome.

I would like to express the times I've gone here. I first went here because I had a severe tooth ache and needed a tooth extraction or a root canal. I got a root canal. I was very happy with this Dentist they attended me on the very same day I walked in. I thank them. The doctor here is very friendly. So is the staff and the lead assistant. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because the woman at the front office desk have gotten certain things wrong. Luckily we have addressed this issue.

I scheduled a routine checkup and cleaning and arrived a few minutes early for my 12:30 appointment. Unfortunately, I wasn’t taken back until around 1:15, which felt like a long wait considering I had an appointment. During the visit, I was told that instead of a standard cleaning I would need a deep cleaning that would require four additional visits. I was also told I should get a custom mouth guard because it appeared I might be grinding my teeth. After insurance, the out-of-pocket cost would have been close to $600. I originally came in expecting a simple cleaning, so this recommendation was surprising. In the end, I left without even getting the basic cleaning I scheduled for and ended up wasting about two hours of my time. The staff were friendly, but the wait time and the unexpected treatment plan made the experience frustrating.
