The two women that worked on me were awesome. They explained everything clearly. They made me feel comfortable and they did a great job. I will highly recommend them to others.

One-star review I had an extremely negative experience at this office and strongly advise others to be cautious. I was originally told I needed a root canal. After getting a second opinion, I was informed that I did not need one. Unfortunately, during my visit, my tooth was shaved down so much that I now require a crown—something that could have been avoided. Trust your instincts: mine told me something wasn’t right. Two weeks after a filling, Dr. Turnipseed used floss on the same tooth and claimed everything was fine, despite the fact that there clearly was an issue. The atmosphere felt more like a sales pitch than a healthcare visit. During a routine cleaning, another dentist came in and began pushing braces on me, which I never asked about. That was a major red flag. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. When I called to inform them that my insurance had approved my treatment plan and requested a refund, I was argued with for nearly an hour and still denied a refund. I’m relieved I sought a second opinion before undergoing an unnecessary root canal. Please be careful with this office

Front desk was quite welcoming. She was very, very busy but very polite. I was so nervous that my blood pressure was high. Shay was sweet, she went to introduce me to Olivia ( hygienist) in hope of CALMING me down. I needed to know who would do my procedure, & Shay made that happen . I felt better & procedure went well. I will return to complete procedure.

I had a late appointment and the staff was still very on point. High enthusiasm and courteous. Aubrielle my hygienist, is always very thorough. She addressed my concern, and wrote me an Rx. I had mentioned this same concern b4, but not to her, to another staff member but was not accommodated. 6-9 months passed. Aubrielle is very good at her job. I hope she stays with the company. This is my 2nd time getting a cleaning from her. Dental connection is lucky to have her.
