Modern Dentistry of Memphis (John Reddick, DDS and Mark MacGaw, DDS)

I had a very positive experience at Dr. MacGaw’s dental office on 2/23/26. All of the office staff were warm and welcoming and my hygienist, Ashley, was thorough but gentle at the same time. Dr. Macgaw was professional and efficient in replacing a crown in a short amount of time! Hats off to all.

Dr MacGaw and his staff have always been excellent. My whole family has gone here for many years and I always feel comfortable that we are getting great care. Thank you for caring for your patients so well!

As usual my appointment was excellent. It's the best practice in Memphis imo. They take care and time with every patient and, at least in my experience, it's never been painful. That's a huge plus. It's a great group of folks. Highly recommended.

I’d not been to a dentist in quite a long time, and I knew I was going to have some issues, Dr. Mark MacGaw was very professional and polite, he provided me with a clear plan for moving forward. The staff were amazing, Hannah, Jennifer and everyone I talk to were upbeat and colorful. I’m looking forward to being in Dr. Marks chair till all my needs are finished. I definitively give them a 5 star rating.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Macgaw and his team! From the moment I walked in, the experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. I had been putting off getting an implant for a while, but Dr. Macgaw made the whole process smooth and surprisingly stress-free. He and his assistant (whose name I wish I remembered!) were absolutely excellent — patient, attentive, and skilled. They explained every step in a way that put me completely at ease. I also really appreciated how clearly the billing was broken down — they walked me through my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket options, which made everything transparent and easy to plan for. If you’ve been hesitating to get dental work done or are looking for a dentist who truly takes care of both your teeth and your peace of mind, I highly recommend Dr. Macgaw and his team.
