I go back to Elijah time and time again; he never disappoints. Always focusing on problem areas and adjusts accordingly. His calming atmosphere leaves restful impressions and I go home revitalized and ready to tackle the world again.

Very comfortable interaction, and Kelly is SO skillful. I have pretty extreme tension in my upper back/traps and neck that most massage therapists can't get through. She has a unique style and sensitivity that surprised me and she got it all to just relax - it was the best day of my year so far 😄😌🙏 Highly recommend! (Be prepared that there isn't really a fancy waiting/relaxation area because it's in the Sola studios, but seriously the massage is so good it doesn't matter a bit.)

I've had numerous massages over the years. from high end spas in Arizona and Florida to hidden gems in Indy. This massage ranked in my top five favorite. I have had massages that felt more luxurious, but the bang here is the results were lasting. I used to do weekly massages with a chiropractor and even then I did not get such long lasting pain relief. I walked out finally feeling like my neck was unknotted and the feeling only kept improving over the weekend. Here it is Monday and my shoulders feel as if they have dropped. That's true testament to someone with real talent.

Kelly is great! I have been seeing her monthly for a deep tissue massage since 2021. I had had surgery for a frozen shoulder and was trying to get full range of motion back. Kelly helped with the muscle pain and loosening my tense muscles. I now have full range of motion back but I continue to get massages for other muscle issues and to help relieve tension. She is great and the best massage therapist I have ever been to.
